This license grants you a non-exclusive perpetual right to use the assets purchased from Sugar Spine Studio for personal and commercial projects.

YES, PLEASE DO

• Print on Demand: You are 100% allowed to use these designs with any POD provider for any product e.g. mugs, shirts, and phone cases where you are the store/brand selling the product. (e.g. Printify, Printful)
• Physical Products: Sell as many physical items e.g., fabric, stationery, tumblers, using these assets as you want. There are no quantity limits.
• Digital End Products: You can use these patterns as background elements in your own digital designs (social media posts, invitations, planners), provided they are flattened or part of a larger composition.

NO – THE ONLY RULE: Do Not Resell Raw Files

You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the standalone original digital files (JPG/PNG) as your own “stock” or “pattern” (or otherwise) assets.

• You CAN sell a phone case with this pattern on it.
• You CAN NOT upload this exact file to Etsy and sell it as a ‘Digital Paper.’
• You CAN NOT upload the standalone file to sites such as Zazzle or Redbubble where you are not the store/brand marketing and selling a specific product with the design, as this is essentially selling the design itself. †
